BOOKING PROCEDURE ::
- Booking will be confirmed on Full payment in Advance.
- After making the payment, please send the Payment Advice / proof at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- On receipt of payment, Booking Voucher will be e-mailed to you within 24 hours.
- A print copy of the Booking Voucher is to be presented at the time of arrival.

CANCELLATION POLICY ::
In case of cancellation, following cancellation charges shall be applicable:
- 15+ days: 25% Cancellation Charges
- 7 - 15 days: 50% Cancellation Charges
- Less than 7 days: 100% Cancellation Charges, No refund.
In the event of No show, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.
